RF Site Survey
An extremely valuable service for wireless terminal system installations. InData Systems works with the customer to develop an RF wireless terminal system catered to the customers needs. This service includes:
- Review of site physical layout
- Development of customer need
- Equipment Recommendations
- Wiring / Placement Recommendations RF Coverage / Signal Testing
- Complete Engineering Report to customer after Survey
- Follow-up Support
In most cases, this service is completed in one day.
Equipment Installation
This service is available for both Bar Code and RF equipment sold and serviced by InData Systems. Both full and partial system installation is available. This service includes:
- Equipment Physical Installation
- Electronic hookup of equipment
- Initialization / testing of all equipment
- Customization of equipment settings
- Complete Report to customer after installation
- Follow-up Support
For most moderate sized systems, this service is completed in one day, allow 2+ days for large systems.
On Site Training
As a "Total Systems Solution" partner, InData Systems has the experience to train customers on proper use of equipment purchased. As a plug and play system, most installations do not require on site training, above and beyond what is contained in the included equipment manual.
Additional training is available for all devices sold and serviced by InData Systems. Length of training depends upon size of system, with most training completed in one day. |
