Returns and ExchangesWe want to make sure you're completely satisfied with anything you buy from us. If you're not completely satisfied with a product, Indata Systems will gladly exchange or refund your purchase within 15 days of the sale date - no hassles.
The following applies for returns or exchanges:
- A $25 restocking fee applies to all for all non-failures.
- If a unit is defective you must call for an RMA number within 4 days and it must be returned with 15 days.
- The Product must be in its original condition, including the box, packaging and all accessories.
- All returns or exchanges must be returned within 15 days of receipt.
- All returns must have an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number. Please call (315) 685-8311and one of our representatives will provide this authorization number.
- Credits can only be issued to the credit card used for the original purchase.
- If the product or the packaging is damaged, an additional fee may be levied.
- In some cases, certain manufacturers charge a restock or exchange fee.
- DOA (dead on arrival) items must be returned within 15 days of receipt. No restock fees apply to DOA items.
Labels, Media, cables, or software are non-returnable.
