Equipment Warranty

InData Systems network of service facilities provides quick, convenient, and reliable service for all equipment sold. In most instances Warranty service will be performed in accordance with InData Systems Limited Warranty. Non-Warranty service will be provided at a reasonable parts and labor cost.

InData Systems RF Wireless Terminal Equipment Warranty

InData Systems wireless mainframe terminal equipment is warranted against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Within this period, products will be repaired without charge for parts and labor. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges to the InData Systems repair facility, with InData Systems covering charges for return shipment by similar means.

Warranties for all Other Equipment Sold Through InData Systems

Manufacturers' warranties are in effect for all other equipment sold through InData Systems. Check the warranty information contained in the manufacturers manual, included with the equipment. InData systems can coordinate repair of these items if the customer chooses.

User / Self Maintenance

Many problems associated with equipment operation trace to simple problems which can be solved by the customer. If a problem is being experienced, please contact us at support@indatasys.com or call our office at (315)685-8311. Support is available during regular business hours from 8:30AM to 5:00PM ET Monday through Friday.

Factory Service

Factory repair service is available for all items sold and serviced by InData Systems. Contact us at support@indatasys.com or call our office at (315)685-8311 during regular business hours for more information, and to obtain a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number.

Extended Warranties

Some items sold by InData Systems qualify for extended warranties. Coverage and pricing varies from item to item, so contact an InData Systems sales professional at sales@indatasys.com or by phone at (315)685-8311 for more information.

Maintenance Agreements

Some items sold by InData Systems qualify for Maintenance Agreement. Three types of Maintenance Agreements are available from InData Systems.

Factory (Depot) Maintenance Agreement

Equipment is returned to an InData Systems repair facility, for repair within a specified amount of time. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges to the InData Systems repair facility, with InData Systems covering charges for return shipment by similar means.

On-Site Maintenance Agreement

Equipment is repaired on-site by qualified InData Systems repair personnel. The repair is performed within a specified amount of time. Customer is responsible for all travel expenses incurred by InData Systems repair personnel to and from the customer facility. Limitations apply.

Original Manufacturer's Service Agreement

Under this agreement, InData Systems coordinates repair of the equipment at the original equipment manufacturer's repair facility. The repair is performed by factory trained personnel, and is performed within a specified amount of time. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges to the factory repair facility, with the agreement covering charges for return shipment by similar means. Limitations apply.
